By Popular Demand: Exhibitor Registration Extended to 31st July 2026

Following overwhelming demand from businesses, artisans, innovators and creative entrepreneurs across the country, the Uganda One Festival Organizing Committee has extended the exhibitor registration deadline by one month. The free application window is now open through 31st July 2026.

Good news for prospective exhibitors. Following numerous requests from businesses, entrepreneurs, artisans, innovators and other prospective exhibitors who needed more time to complete their registration, the Uganda One Festival Organizing Committee has officially extended the exhibitor registration period by one month.

The free application window now closes on 31st July 2026, giving thousands of creators and businesses across Uganda another opportunity to secure their exhibition space and be part of the country''s biggest celebration of culture, tourism, innovation, business, and entrepreneurship.

Why The Extension

The Secretariat received an overwhelming surge in demand from creative entrepreneurs and innovators across the country — many needing more time to finalize product portfolios, put together supporting documents, or coordinate as groups before applying.

Rather than turn eligible applicants away, the Organizing Committee opted to extend the window by an additional month, ensuring that no one who wants to be part of Uganda''s flagship creative-industry showcase is left behind by scheduling constraints.

What The Festival Offers Exhibitors

Exhibitors at Uganda One Festival 2026 aren''t just booking a booth — they''re joining a national platform designed to catalyse the creative economy, with benefits that extend far beyond the finale days:

  • National platform — connect with thousands of visitors, buyers and industry stakeholders from across Uganda and the region.
  •
  • Market access — link up with retailers, distributors, aggregators and partners actively looking for Ugandan products and talent.
  •
  • Market-readiness training — receive practical bootcamps and mentorship on branding, financial literacy, IP protection and export readiness.
  •
  • Brand growth — national TV, radio and online coverage before, during, and after the festival.
  •
  • Peer networking — meet fellow creatives, innovators and entrepreneurs across all nine creative domains.
  • Registration Remains Completely Free

Online registration is free of charge through the official portal at ugandaonefestival.com. There are no application fees. Exhibitor and vendor fees only apply after approval and confirmation, and are used to cover booth infrastructure at the grand finale in January 2027.

    In-Person Registration Clinics

To support applicants who face technical challenges with online submission, the Secretariat is planning to host in-person Registration Clinics within the four activation towns — Gulu, Mbarara, Arua and Mbale. Exact venues and dates will be communicated incrementally over the coming months through local radio stations and official social media platforms.
